You are the one you've been waiting for.

Richard Schwartz

Welcome to all of your  parts

"Can you remember who you were, before the world told you who you should be"? (Bukowski, 2019).

My name is CRAIG, the founder of 'All Parts Welcome'.

I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner and Coach.

You’re invited into a space of gentle attention. A place where we turn inward, with care, and meet what’s here. Maybe grief, longing, fear, hope. Nothing is rushed. Nothing forced. Just a steady, compassionate presence that allows your inner world to unfold at its own pace. As awareness softens and deepens, something shifts. More space. More choice. A quiet freedom begins to emerge. Come just as you are. You’re welcome here. If you feel called, let’s begin the journey together.

Why People Seek Relief

OVERTHINKING

For the minds that won't stop debating, considering, worrying and generally being noisy.

ANXIETY

Many of us feel permanently anxious or are worrying. It's a debilitating feeling and we can't stop it

NO PURPOSE

Why am I here? What is it all for? What shall I do with my life? Great questions that need an answer.

ADDICTION

Unable to control the urges and needing to drink, smoke, do drugs and other things. We are seekers of escape.

 Services Offered

Sometimes people reach out when other therapies haven’t brought the depth of healing they were hoping for. That’s often because what’s showing up now is connected to something deeper, layers of past pain, often rooted in trauma, that haven’t yet had space to be truly seen. A small moment can activate something big. What seems like a simple trigger on the outside can open the door to parts of us that carry overwhelm, fear, or old burdens especially when our emotional resources feel stretched thin. Suddenly, we’re not functioning like we used to, and that can feel scary or confusing.

Many people I work with have parts that are strong, capable, and used to “just getting on with it.” When those parts feel exhausted or unsure how to keep going, it can feel like everything is coming undone. But what if that’s not a problem to fix what if it’s a sign that something inside is ready for healing?

Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and no two paths are the same. That’s why the approach offered is integrative and flexible drawing on Compassion-Focused Therapy, CBT, IFS, and the healing power of nature through ‘walk and talk’ eco-therapy.

Support is grounded in understanding the mind-body connection, and how emotional distress often shows up in both. This space is created for anyone seeking to explore their story, past, present, and future  in a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment.

Everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and truly seen. This practice welcomes people from all walks of life, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, cultural background, or beliefs. You are welcome exactly as you are.

A range of therapeutic and coaching support is available to help you move forward with confidence and clarity wherever you are in life. Whether you're seeking life coaching, career guidance, spiritual mentorship, or tailored emotional support, the focus is on providing compassionate, personalised care that empowers growth, healing, and meaningful change.

This is a space designed to help you reconnect with your strengths, align with your values, and become the version of yourself you’re striving toward, one step at a time.

A lot of my clients require flexibility and are internationally based so to accommodate this the majority of coaching can be carried out online. There may be occasions when a face to face coaching session would be more comfortable or appropriate so we try to be as flexible as possible.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as made up of distinct "parts," each with its own perspectives, emotions, and roles, often developed as a way to cope with life experiences, especially trauma. At the center of the system is the "Self," which is considered calm, compassionate, and capable of healing. In IFS, individuals learn to access and lead from the Self to understand, unburden, and harmonize their internal parts often categorized as exiles (wounded parts), managers (protective parts that prevent pain), and firefighters (impulsive parts that react to distress). The goal of therapy is to foster internal balance and healing by helping clients develop compassionate relationships with all parts of themselves.

Testimonials

James N. Operations Manager.

Craig is a very dedicated, flexible and trustworthy professional. What I appreciated the most is that he is tutoring with real-life experience for real-world business situations and that he is practising in a transparent style, focusing on personal values and supporting individual aims. It was a great inspiration, and a pleasure working with him.

Andy G. Eternal Student.

When I first started working with Craig I had completely lost my way in life, I felt as if I had nothing to offer. Craig has shown me what I have to offer the world and once again to start feeling good about who I am. The most powerful thing Craig has given me is the ability to say who I am and what I stand for, a great feeling!

Julie F. Primary School Teacher.

Thank you so much, Craig! Everything has been going so well for me since our first session. I got the raise I wanted at work and I realize how much more confidence I have. I wake up grateful everyday with a big smile on my face.

Dianne B. Personal Assistant.

Craig is an excellent therapist. He has the ability to read between the lines and help you find your roadblocks. He is compassionate and honest. We have covered a lot of ground during our sessions and it has helped me become more efficient in my work and more content with its processes. I highly recommend Craig as a therapist.

Eve G. Media Assistant.

I worked with Craig after struggling to find the next step in my career and to explore the possibility of living abroad. Craig was fantastic. We set objectives for what I wanted to accomplish, identified my values, tackled current work issues and explored future career ideas. I was so pleased at the structure and focus of each session. A year later, I can honestly say that I have work life balance and better non-defensive communication skills. I highly recommend Craig. He's the complete package: focused, reflective, practical, productive, and supportive.

Yvonne B. Sales Manager.

I greatly appreciate your grounded, clear, approach to understanding my ADHD mind and your help distilling and calendaring my action items so I don’t get anxious and give into procrastination!
